Our directional drilling division has 155-member professional team, including senior-level, mid-career and field engineers with rich global project experience in Kazakhstan, Iraq, Mexico, Russia and other major oilfields. We operate several local maintenance workshops in Kazakhstan, Iraq, Russia for MWD/LWD, RSS and down-hole tool overhaul, together with dedicated MWD/LWD field service teams to support on-site operations.

Core Technical Services

MWD / MWD + Gamma-Ray Steering

Combining positive displacement motor, MWD-gamma assembly and geosteering software. It provides real-time downhole formation logging, accurately places well trajectory within reservoirs to boost production and recovery, suitable for directional wells, horizontal wells, cluster wells and short-radius horizontal wells.

LWD Geosteering Service

Equipped with 17 sets of LWD instruments supporting simultaneous multi-well operations. Provides gamma-ray, azimuthal gamma-ray, deep-shallow resistivity and imaging logging for real-time reservoir evaluation, ideal for horizontal wells and complex geological wells.

Near-Bit Geosteering Service

Measurements taken within 1 meter from drill bit. Delivers near-bit inclination and azimuthal gamma-ray data. Perfect for ultra-thin reservoir horizontal wells to maximize reservoir exposure. Six near-bit tool sets are available for parallel well assignments.

Rotary Geosteering (RSS) Service

Full-rotary directional drilling integrated with RSS and our MWD/LWD surface system. Produces high-quality wellbore trajectory, mitigates drilling risks and improves reservoir hit ratio. Supports hole sizes from 6" to 9-7/8". Completed 70 well jobs from 2023-2025.

Cased-hole & Open-hole Sidetracking

Sidetracking technology unlocks residual reserves by re-utilizing existing well infrastructure, lowering overall CAPEX. We deliver conventional, slim-hole and high-angle short-radius sidetracking horizontal well solutions with proven field track records.

Provide different size of Drilling jars, Drilling motors, Agitators, shock absorbers, Drilling bits and going with maintenance workshop.
